Aimee is a hard working and dedicated realtor. A beautiful person inside and out! Aimee helped us purchase our first home and she was so knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions. She was very flexible and willing to work around our crazy work schedules for showings, she took us to all the rural properties we wanted to see. She was very honest and would bring things to our attention about houses that we may overlook as first time buyers. I never felt like her goal was to sell us a house, I KNEW her goal was to see us happy, even if it took a little longer.
When we did fall in love with a home she negotiated on the price on our behalf as well as secured us a sellers credit. Our offer was accepted within a day! Not only did she advocate for us on the house and property but she also was able to help us secure homeowners insurance that was not the awful California Fair Plan. She is truly amazing and I will never work with another realtor after our experience with her.

Buying a home was supposed to be a daunting task, especially in this market. Aimee Toso made the entire process a breeze and guided us every step of the way. From the moment we met it felt like an old friend helping us buy our first home. It was obvious we were more than just a transaction to her. We put our trust in her and we were able to purchase the home of our dreams. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market but is willing to do her homework about stuff she might not have an immediate answer to. We hit a small roadblock towards the end of closing but Aimee was able to quickly resolve the issue and made things work out in our favor. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. We were already in the process of selling our home that was 3 hours from Redding when we started working with Aimee on purchasing our new home in Redding. Being 3 hours away, we relied on Aimee for everything. This included setting up virtual walkthroughs, making appointments with contractors and meeting with them to get pricing on things we wanted to do to make our new beautiful house our home. Where do I even start? After selling and buying 2 homes and using 2 different agents, our 3rd time really was a charm when we found Aimee! I get to say that we were her first official listing as a new agent and you wouldn’t have even known from the way she took care of us! She understood our needs, concerns and desires and never ever made us feel rushed or an inconvenience to her like prior agents had. Not only was she our agent but she became a very good friend of ours through the process. My daughters even looked forward to when they got to see Aimee with cake pops in hand ??
